What these terms cover
These terms apply to your use of rock-n-code.com and its content. Any engineering, leadership or advisory work I do for a client is governed by a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over this page.
03
Using the site
You may browse the site and share links to it freely. You may not scrape it, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it in a way that damages it or interferes with other visitors.
04
Content and intellectual property
Text, design and the Röck+Cöde name and mark on this site belong to Röck+Cöde unless stated otherwise. Client names and logos belong to their respective owners and appear as a factual record of past work, not as endorsements. Open-source code linked from this site is licensed under the terms stated in each repository.
05
No warranty
The site is provided as is. I aim to keep it accurate and available, but I make no guarantee that it is complete, error-free or uninterrupted. Case studies marked as illustrative are anonymised or composite and should be read as such.
06
Liability
To the extent permitted by Dutch law, Röck+Cöde is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
07
External links
The site links to third-party services — GitHub, the Swift Package Index, LinkedIn, the App Store and others. I do not control those sites and am not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

Changes and governing law
I may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top tells you when. These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and any dispute will be brought before the competent court in Amsterdam.
